Aside from doing an amazing job, Tim kept clear communication, was very clean, he even moved back all of our furniture in the same spot without us asking him to. He was very thorough in walking us through the process of replacing our flooring. It was also nice being able to take the time in getting to know him. Highly recommend! Thank you Tim.
Tim came recently to evaluate my condo for carpet cleaning and handyman work. If you want someone with honesty and integrity he's the man for you. His advice was spot on and saved me money. I am 100% satisfied.
I can’t say enough good things about Tim and All American Initiative! Trustworthy, flexible, always arrives on time. His attention to detail is impeccable. I have used Tim twice now for various projects around the house (prepping and painting, custom build projects, etc…). Would HIGHLY recommend him!
Tim does excellent work. My husband and I have been very pleased with each and every project. He is honest. He cleans up and never leaves a mess. He takes pride in doing a great job. His assistant is awesome and is learning from the best. We will continue to request Tim’s help and feel confident that he will give us an honest estimate and will complete each time in a timely and professional manner. Tim is also a vet and we are proud of his service and honor his work ethics.
