Let me be clear. The plumbers that came to do the work were great. No complaints with them but I had three appointment appointments and you missed the appointment window on EVERY SINGLE one. Meant I had to ask my tile people to work Saturday and then had push the shower door people out as well. Your scheduling is ridiculous. Once it was an emergency pipe repair which I completely understand but missing it 3 out of 3 is a habit not a happenstance

Gas hot water heater was leaking and I called to get a replacement. I paid $125 for a representative to come out and quote me on a replacement that was $1100 more than a local competitor. I refused the quote and will not be using Premier Plumbing in the future.

Very knowledgeable and thoughtful. We had a miscommunication on the cost of the backflow testing, but the general manager was responsive, and resolved the issue immediately that same day. They came out in a pinch and got the work done well, and done right!

If you’re having any type of plumbing issues, I highly recommend Premier! We had a plumbing emergency Sunday evening and Kevin went out to look at the issue. Not only did he take care of the issue, but he went back first thing the next morning with a camera to investigate further. He communicated with me the entire time, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Thank you, Kevin!

Absolutely professional and efficient. Communication was excellent from the office. Matt Watson, the plumber was amiable and pleasure to work with. I will use Premier Plumbing again in the future. Highly recommend.
