Setup and appointment for a $50 tune up. I’ve flipped houses for years and usually use Simply Mechanical for all my HVAC stuff but I figured I’d give them a shot. Really just thought I need a quick clean and service. The service guy gave me the longest most drawn out story about too much blue in my flames and that there was rust on the inside of my heat exchanger then came the full court press. He got his “Carbon Monixide detector” cleared it outside then went to 3 of my vents and showed me it was reading carbon monoxide. Told me the whole thing had to be replaced. I was blown away. So I told the guy I’d think about it and call him next week. I had Simply Mechanical out 2 days later and went through the whole thing with me did the cabin monixide test and everything his answer…there’s nothing wrong with the system at all did the Carbon monoxide test…0.00 on every vent. Saved me $18k. Never have this company do anything for you. Complete BS just make commission off selling new units. Stephen at Simply Mechanical is the best go with them.

I recently had Premier Heating and Air replace my furnace and air conditioner and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. The technicians, Orlondo, Jorge, and Josh, were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Bryant system they were installing. They were courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I understood the system before they left. I was impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to customer satisfaction. They did an excellent job of explaining the ins and outs of the new system and made sure I was comfortable with how to operate it. The installation process went smoothly and they were respectful of my home throughout. Overall, I highly recommend Premier Heating and Air for any HVAC needs.

The Team at Premier were extremely professional and helpful during the entire process for purchasing our new furnace. Since making a wise decision 4 years ago to purchase our AC system from Premier we knew it was smart to brig them back for 18 yr old Furnace diagnosis. Dan, their GM made the diagnosis and estimating process very thorough and as painless as possible. He walked us through the financing options carefully with reassurance, scheduled the install for the next day and folled up with us that evening. He was very reassuring. The install team of Gabe, Chris and Matthew were friendly, intrd themselves and described the install as Dan had prior. Later in the day their supervisor Jacob came to ensure the last steps went well. The new system fired up great and all of them were on hand to walk us through what they had done and were patient to answer any questions. We had a great experience with Premier Heating and Air. When we first moved into our home in 2020, we had them update the insulation in our two attic spaces and in the crawl space. They were fair, knowledgeable, and professional. Love the service and there was a noticeable difference on our utility bill right away. Then, this past spring we had them install a whole home humidifier (we were sick of filling and cleaning individual room humidifiers). From the sales process, to the inspection, and the install, everything was smooth and easy. Professional and courteous from start to finish. And the humidifier was installed at a super fair price. We checked with other companies afterward and they agreed and even approved of the install (we had a free inspection in hopes this other company would get another sale so we figured, why not? lol). They told us it would take a few weeks for us to notice a difference and it only took a few days for our house to level out at a nice 25% humidity level. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommend. We’re originally from Florida, which is just as they say, as freaking SWAMP. 80% humidity on a mild day. So this was a big deal for us. SO MUCH BETTER! Family owned companies are my favorite, and this is one of them. These guys are great. You won’t be disappointed. Give them a call and at least let them assess what you have going on. They don’t feel overly sale-y. They truly seem to offer only what they think you need and do not push. Thank you, Premier Team!
