The owner answered my call at 11:30p.m. he listened to me explain the problem and without even being here to look himself, he knew what wrong and gave me the price of fixing it. He did this over the phone. AND HE WAS 100% RIGHT. it's a good company, a kind company, and in this day and age a rarity, and honest, sincere and professional business. He gave me the option to come out in the middle of the night or wait until morning. I chose morning and they were here earlier than they said tey would be. The cost was right on the number. The employees work with professional courteous and fast. And completely thorough. Even on the side of too much. If you're looking, I hope you'll try these people. Two phone calls and thirty five minutes of work and they got my loyalty and dedication to their company from here on out.

We had our boiler installed by Preferred Heating and Air, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Jesse is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers. Anytime we’ve had a question or concern, he always takes the time to answer it and comes over as soon as he’s able to check things out or make a fix if needed. We highly recommend Preferred Heating and Air to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC work!

Jesse and his team were excellent from start to finish! Called on Thursday night with furnace having issues and left a voicemail received a call back within 10 minutes and diagnosed the issue over the phone the part was not available at the time but he offered to bring out heaters to get us through the night . He had someone at my house before 9 am to fix the issue and ended up finding a cracked heat exchanger . They were honest and upfront and gave me options to repair my current furnace or replace the unit. We choose to replace the unit due to the issues and the age of the unit. They had a new unit at my house by 9 am Wednesday and installed with in a few hours . They were friendly , cleaned up after themselves and made sure to explain our new unit to us throughly. I would recommend them 100 times over. Great work and awesome customer service.
