The team at PrecisionFix worked quickly to properly diagnose an issue with our daughter's laptop that neither the big box tech support (identified the wrong issue), nor manufacturer (quoted a repair cost that was twice the original laptop price) were able to address. They worked within our budget to source parts and clearly communicated status throughout the repair. We hope to not need their services again, but would absolutely recommend them to anyone local in need of a competent/fair computer repair.
