I called Elite the day my garage door stopped working. Customer support was super helpful and friendly. The gentleman I spoke with cared about my situation and did not try to rush the conversation just to make an appointment. He did some troubleshooting over the phone and although he could have had someone out there that day, it was getting late, so somebody was their first thing the next morning. We are very happy with our new garage door. The quality is excellent, the price was fair, and the entire process was handled with true professionalism. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Elite for anyone looking at getting a new garage door! Their prices was about half of the quote I got from a big name store. Customer service was great, options and colors were gone over and recommendations given. It “just” a garage door, but I love my new door and the light it lets in. Not to mention the new motor which is incredibly quiet.
