They did a fantastic job. The team was fast, professional, and very courteous. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were in and out quickly while still doing great work. My carpets look noticeably cleaner and fresher, and they treated my home with care. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
Incredible service, friendly and knowledgeable. I will be a returning customer, hands down! They are so easy to work with especially as we were closing on a house and wanted this to be the first thing done after we got the keys. Our closing kept getting delayed that day and then took longer than we thought. Precise was flexible and worked around us. When we were ready, they were early, not just on-time, to our “new” appointment time! They worked quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend.
The company did an excellent job in scheduling and updating me. The worker who came, Ricky did an excellent and thorough job. He did not try to upsell me but made appropriate recommendations. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job. Would definitely recommend this company. I had used the wrong kind of floor cleaner on engineered wood floors and he made them look new.
We’ve hired Precise a few times now and always are amazed with how amazing the carpet looks and smells! They even got out super tough stains! Bret is very detailed, super knowledgeable, and does fantastic work! Highly recommend!
