I got multiple quotes from different companies, and a few of them definitely felt like they were overselling the job. I’m in the drainage industry, but I intentionally didn’t give any insight because I wanted to see who would actually diagnose it correctly and recommend what made sense. Matt came out, walked me through a few options, and gave me a reasonable solution at a very competitive price. No pressure, no fluff—just honest advice and a clear plan. Update 01/07: we had to have more work done to our foundation and we had an even better experience with Missouri Basement. They showed up on time, communicated the work and even completed a job that was scheduled for spring because the weather was nice enough to do so that week. After speaking with Nathan we had Ryan and Isaiah out to install a pump and pvc piping in our sump pump pit. These young gentlemen did outstanding work and were very respectful. My wife and I are pretty picky about our home and when I asked them to go above and beyond on the exterior discharge line-they were pleased to accommodate me.
