805am I walk through the door to purchase a $1500 snow blower. Rude sales agent tells me I can have the one on the floor. I said that I was unable to take one out of the box as I did not have a truck to transport it. I stated that the website said there were 3 on hand. The rude sales agent tells me that those are kept off-site in storage. Ok great how do we go about getting one of those. The rudeness didn’t end here, I was informed a delivery driver would have to retrieve the item. (I had to encourage the interaction to continue because the sales guy would rather chase after a coworker that was out of his league anyways) Great how do we go about that? More rudeness, he doesn’t get here for an hour. Waiting for some sort of customer service to begin but still nothing helpful. Most helpful personnel would take the time to HELP the customer purchase the item! No help! No care if they made a sale. No incentive! I bet if I threw $1500 on the floor this guy would be too lazy to pick it up because chasing tail in the back of the store was more important. I turned around and just walked away! Whoever owns this store, because your employees don’t care, you lost money today! I’m new to the area and wanted to support a business in my neighborhood, but I’ll drive the extra few miles to Lowe’s. Thank for making it clear that I no longer have a need to visit your establishment! I’ve read the other reviews posted here about this same store and whoever is responding to reviews is just making excuses. Poor management with no accountability!

Went in for a propane refill and was told they weren't doing them, because quote "sometimes they decide not to do them because of the weather" the weather was a light drizzle. Response: dont worry, believe it or not, sticking the giant tank out of the ground actually grounds the tank, shocking right? No worries though. Left your lot and went to uhaul where they are cheaper, not afraid to get wet and understand how basic safety measures work. Please do much better, yall earned this 1 star and im not changing it
