I had an amazing experience with PR fence from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and very attentive to what I wanted. Well, there are a lot of good reviews for PR Fence, which is why I chose them. I can't write a good review based on my experience from August 2025. We had two small aluminum fences with gates installed. The day they said they were going to do it they didn't show and didn't call. I called them 3 times and the service said they would call Paulo and find out what was happening. Never got back to me. A day wasted waiting. Eventually we were able to reschedule and the workers did the job. One of the fences looks good. The other fence was supposed to continue the straight line of the railing (see pic) and it was crooked and unfixable unless they were to dig everything up. Cleanup was terrible. The fence is so our dog stays in the back yard. They left lots of small sharp metal shavings and cuttings in the lawn where a kid or dog could put them in their mouth and have a big problem (see pic). There were missing screws (see pic). The bottom of one railing was all different lengths (see pic). I emailed Paulo and he sent someone to fix what could be fixed. I told the new guy about the problem of the metal cuttings all over and he said it's hard to cut the metal without shavings going everywhere. I suggested he use a drop cloth. He repaired the uneven length fence and agreed that the crooked fence couldn't be fixed without ripping up the cement. After he left I found more metal cuttings in the lawn! I guess he didn't listen to me. Very sloppy and irresponsible workers. Paulo seems very nice but the work was bad.
