Other A/C companies told me "it will be weeks before we can send someone out to do your home maintenance check", but Ponsell came out the next day. Not only checking everything, but also dismantling outside unit just to power wash/clean inside and out. We had an appointment booked within 36 hours of calling (other companies were telling us it would be o er a week), they called to confirm and let us know they were on the way, and they were on time. The serviceman was professional, upfront about possible issues and costs, and spent the time necessary to identify the problem. Overall we had an excellent experience. Thank you!
