I have a gate to my backyard that was locked the day Caleb came out to service my property. I rcvd a call from point pest letting me know that they needed the gate unlocked so they could service the backyard when they were finished with the front and both sides of the property. I was not home at the time so I couldnβt get the gate unlocked. The dispatcher contacted Caleb and asked if he would come back the next day to finish the job and without hesitation I rcvd a commitment that he would be there the next day. I acknowledged the fact that I didnβt expect that because I was the one at fault but they treated me like an appreciated customer and that I mattered. So I am thankful for employees like Caleb who take care of his customers even when they are at fault.
