Pointe Pest Control - Saint Peters

Mike did a wonderful job today. He was prompt, polite, and efficient. He was conscientious about having shoe covers. He listened to what I wanted to see treated. And he was very thorough. I did the best I could to clear a path for him, but I'm sure it was still a challenge to climb around and spray. So for that we appreciate Mike as well. Pointe Pest has done a very nice job for us over the years. And scheduling is always very good. We appreciate all the different services they have done for us.

I have a gate to my backyard that was locked the day Caleb came out to service my property. I rcvd a call from point pest letting me know that they needed the gate unlocked so they could service the backyard when they were finished with the front and both sides of the property. I was not home at the time so I couldn’t get the gate unlocked. The dispatcher contacted Caleb and asked if he would come back the next day to finish the job and without hesitation I rcvd a commitment that he would be there the next day. Ashton was on POINTE! See what I did there. 🤣 but seriously. What a great service. He noticed things we forgot to mention and took care of everything with precision and care. We highly recommend!
