Blake was wonderful! We had a broken soffit and weren’t sure if any animals/birds had broken it and were nesting in there. He performed an inspection around our exterior. After that inspection, he didn’t feel confident that the soffit was truly an animal versus something else flying up and breaking it. He hadn’t seen any evidence in his inspection that pointed to an animal and the “entry” point didn’t seem chewed, just broken. So he temporarily put tape over the soffit. If in 3 days the tape isn’t broken, there is no animal activity and we can have it repaired by a handyman. Otherwise if it is broken, he’ll come out again and inspect further. Having heard horror stories from other people with critters in their home who used other pest companies who upsold them, I was reluctant to tackle the issue. But some tape and a wait and watch plan was certainly a pleasant surprise for me. If the tape ends up broken, I have no reluctance to have Blake or Buckingham Pest Control back out. We truly appreciated Blake’s expertise and honesty.
