He replaced carburetor. Was not running right and had a couple of issues including a bad fuel filter (which came with carb kit). He volunteered to come to my home but did not show up or call to say he wasn't coming. Then said he would be unavailable for a week. Leaving us without a mower. Looking for someone else. His prices are reasonable but he is a bit undependable.

Can’t speak for his lawnmowing services. But called him after 6 o’clock and he answered with just “hello and was like what do you want? It’s after hours” no customer service bad communicator and he hung up on me. Be prepared for bad customer service, terrible communication skills, and a lack of respect.

Burl is simply amazing! I’m so impressed with how knowledgeable and reasonable his prices were. My husband and I had a lawn mower that hadn’t run in years, and after going to a local lawn mower repair shop, we decided we could get a new one for what they were going to charge us. Someone had referred me to Burl, and I’m so thankful I met him! I will be using him for all of my mechanical needs from here on out. He’s the type of person you can trust anything with. I highly recommend him and will be passing his name on to all of my family and friends!
