From the minute we walked into Plumb Supply in Waukee, we felt welcomed, and were helped so much by their employees. We were blown away by the outstanding customer service we received by Karri Johnson, Showroom Consultant. Karri went above and beyond to assist us. She kept us informed on a timely basis (regarding delivery). Then, when we found out we were suddenly left without a contractor, (whom we had found on our own), she helped us to find another one, AND she volunteered to hold our order in the warehouse until we were able to begin our project. We thought that would be too big an "ask" but she offered it up without our asking! Ama...
