I cannot say enough great things about Platinum Plumbing. My hot water heater broke at 9pm on a Friday and they had a brand new one installed within 12 hours… over a weekend 🤯 Timely. Efficient. Super communicative. You don’t need to shop around. Just call them. 👏

We had Anthony come out, showed up on time, just the nicest friendliest guy ever....I have a son with special needs and they were just great to come to our home, super kind and caring.....Highly recommended A+ service and commitment!!!😀 Very Fair Pricing👍

My water heater stopped working on December 23rd, and I called Platinum for help. Their service was absolutely phenomenal. They were able to send a technician to my home the very same day during the holidays! Gabe, the technician who came out, could not have been more helpful. He clearly explained what was happening, walked me through all of my options, and allowed me to make an informed decision without any pressure. I ultimately needed a new water heater, and Gabe went above and beyond—he patiently waited while I purchased a more affordable unit from Home Depot, hauled away the old one, and professionally installed the new heater.
