Tim and Andrew went above and beyond to get my house repairs done right. However, they never came back to finish cleaning up and left my old door and a huge pile of waste in my yard. Their communication and follow-up was poor as I kept getting promised for weeks that the cleanup would be taken care of and it never was. They agreed to a dollar amount before beginning the work, but then kept asking for more money after starting the work. Very disappointed in the overall service, but the repairs were good. Would I hire them again in the future? Sorry, but the answer is no.

I needed a cupola removed because it was old, rotted, and causing water damage in my garage. I called other companies prior and no one could offer matching singles and they were way overpriced. I decided to keep shopping around and found Platinum Exteriors. Tim was very prompt to come out to give me a quote and prompt to get started on the project. Not only did he remove the cupola and repair the roof but he drove a several towns away to find these exact singles. My roof isn't very old & he knew I wanted it to match. He gets bonus points for handling my mom's spunk & sass. They did a great job! And I'm appreciative for their services.
