The owner ensured the project could be completed quickly, and the roof was finished even sooner than expected. The installation crew arrived early, completed the roof in one day, and had the gutter team out shortly after. They also handled minor roof issues efficiently. Jacob, the site manager, demonstrated exceptional professionalism through proactive oversight and multiple follow-up cleanups to ensure everything was done correctly. Communication from Trevor, Jacob, and the office staff was timely, clear, and professional. Pricing was fair and transparent, and at no point did we feel pressured or misled. Most importantly, the process provided my wife with true peace of mind, which is invaluable.
