Mr Codoponey was the an individual sent out to trouble shoot the problem of no hot water after the initial installation. The problem he encountered with the hot water was above his level of experience. He said the company would have to send someone else out. Mr Robert came out about 6:00 pm and diagnosed the problem with minutes. He said it was a burner unit problem. He asked me did I wanted it fixed that night or wait until Monday, I said I would like to have hot water over the weekend. So he said it will be done. He told me he would have to go back to the company and get another burner unit and that would take about an hour. So he left and returned within an hour with the unit. He fixed it within about 10 minutes. We talked for about 10 minutes after finishing the job and I could see that he was all about pleasing the buyer. He said he had been doing this for 37 years and his experience showed. Mr Robert is a real asset to the Pippin Brothers company. He's a fine man. I thank him for his service. Willie Cummings
