Piedmont Metro Heating and Air

Had the pleasure of working with the Piedmont Metro team twice for two installs of AC units at our residence. Both times the team's professionality was top notch. On time, respectful, did what they promised (and more), and reasonably priced. Would absolute recommend Piedmont Metro Heating & Air to anyone looking for a quality, reliable installer.

Matt from Piedmont was very professional and VERY competent. He is a great representative of the company. He was able to diagnose my issue and repair it. He also installed a new thermostat in short order. Thanks Piedmont for correcting my heating issues before the coldest weather in years settles in.

After calling 35 HVAC companies all over town to get someone to come out the same day, Piedmont was the ONLY place that could come out same day! HUGE shout out to Matt the HVAC tech. He got here in 30 minutes to save the day and was very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what the issue was and was able to fix it asap! And to the owners of this company, Matt deserves a raise and/ or a promotion. You do not come across hard workers like him very often , so my advice to this company is to do what ever you can to keep matt around for as long as you can.
