Absolutely amazing place. He looked out for me, in such a timely manner. I called about my screen cracked. He gave me a quote, said he can fix it. Reasonable price. I came within minutes, he fixed it within 30 minutes and I was out the door. I would definitely recommend this place, for a screen cracked or phone issues.

Fixed my Verizon phone that wasn't working and had in safe mode. He explained everything and give me instructions for saving data. I was able to save data and everything worked great!!

Very good service. I repaired my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra spears and camera lens. They repaired within 30 minutes and reasonable price! Their staff is very professional and respectful 🙏 it's great place for phone repair in Raleigh.

**Updated*Post* My apologies for the delay. I returned to the shop the next day, before reading the owner's comment actually. I learned that my SIM card and charging port are on the same circuit board. He replaced the part, then verified the phone would work properly before I left the store, at no additional charge. I have not had any charging or SIM card issues since. I appreciate the owner taking the time out to make sure all was fully operational before I left. He also allowed me to pick his brain a little about android versus iPhone. I appreciate the time taken when he didn't have to. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Initial Post** As I am writing this, I am quite upset. I took my phone to this shop today, Jan. 5th, to address my SIM card not registering. The gentleman, who was very nice, assured me he could fix the issue, which he did. Just moments ago, around 9:30 PM, my cell phone battery indicated it need to be charged. So, naturally, I plugged it up to charge. Less than a minute after connecting my phone to the charger, my phone alerted me to charge my battery. Mind you, my phone is still plugged up to charge. A bit puzzled, I unplugged my charger and plugged it back into my phone. It showed charging, and then less than a minute later the same thing happens again. Please keep in my mind that my initial issue was my SIM card, never anything with charging. I unplugged and replugged my phone several times and the same thing happened. I paid $64 to have my phone operational for less than five hours. While I am not explicitly saying an issue was created while solving another, I am saying I never had an issue with my phone charging until after taking it to this shop to address the SIM card issue. I hate feeling like I have been taken advantage of, and that may not be the case here, but right now it certainly feels like it. I will return to the shop tomorrow as soon as I can to address the new issue, and I will update this review.

I dropped my phone in the shower my screen was messed up and my phone was glitching couldn’t do nothing on my phone at all and I came here and he fixed my phone less then 20 minutes gave me a good deal on it and gave me a deal for a case and a screen protector and now I’m walking out the door happy asl y’all come here when yall phone get messed up and when yall come he’s a Indian man with curly hair he gonna hook yall up

I came in for iPhone 14promax repair the team was able to tell me the issue within 30 minutes. I got my phone repaired within less than a hour of waiting. I sure will be back. These guys are the best!!
