I came to the store after a recommendation from and the tech fellow guy, I was impressed with their understanding knowledge and experience,my phone charging port was faulty and they had my spare parts in house (no wait time what so ever) and all the equipment to perform the repair, I walked with fully functioning phone without having to lose and data in 20min ,very cost effective too
Do not be misled by the reviews here—many of them are fake. Over three visits to this store, I personally witnessed multiple unhappy customers. I initially came in to repair a cracked screen on my iPhone 15 Pro after dropping it. The staff strongly pushed an aftermarket screen, saying it was the best value, so I agreed. Once the repair was finished, I immediately noticed the screen was unusually thick and protruded past my case. I was told this was “normal” for an aftermarket screen. Within 24 hours, the replacement screen had already cracked, and I honestly don’t even know how it happened. I returned and had to pay to get it replaced again. After the second replacement, Face ID stopped working, my battery life became noticeably worse, and I had to buy a much larger case just to protect the screen. When I asked about these issues, I was told they were simply the result of choosing an aftermarket screen. About three months later, the right side of the screen failed and stopped registering touches. When I brought it back, I was told it was outside the warranty and that the screen had failed—meaning I would have to pay for yet another replacement. At that point, I went to a different repair shop in Tacoma. Not only was it cheaper, but it also came with a lifetime warranty. They fixed all the issues immediately and even commented that they had never seen screens of such poor quality before, joking that they looked like they came from Temu. I strongly recommend staying away from this place!
Brought my iPad in for a screen repair. They were professional quick and did an amazing job on the device I didn’t think was savable, thank you! Paid $130 and will be back with another device soon to repair. I 10/10 would recommend
