Phoenix Phone Fix

I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share this incredible experience. I've had my gift phone for over two years, and I thought the screen was broken. I finally decided to get it repaired, and after doing some research before choosing a local repair shop, my intuition led me to Phoenix Phone Fix. Excellent customer service! George took the time to make the process very convenient for me, he even rushed to buy a replacement screen for my Samsung, which he didn't have in stock, for the next day. And on the day of the repair, when I brought in my phone, he showed me that my screen wasn't broken at all !! On the contrary, it was like new! I was astonished to discover that the phone I'd had for so long, just had a screen protector that looked remarkably like a real screen. (Yes, I felt a little embarrassed about it😅.) But George was so honest, and he even proposed and gave me my deposit back easily. So if you are looking for a respectful place with good customer service, high satisfaction, and low prices, Phoenix Phone Fix is the place, and they now have a new customer after this experience!

I chronically drop my phone & recently dropped it in a can of paint.. I didn't think it was salvageable! I found Phoenix & decided to go there because of the reviews & they were so accurate! George is the most friendly & professional person I've had the pleasure of doing business with. His customer service was spectacular: kind & clear. He was able to fix my phone same day & it came back looking brand new, he even put a new case on it. I was in the midst of packing a 26' U-Haul so he took the liberty of dropping it off to me on his way home, & even turned around to go back to the shop to make 1 final change before bringing it to me. To top it off, the price was so reasonable for the quality of work he did. I couldn't recommend George more & will be referring anyone I know in need to him! Thanks so much George, I appreciate you!
