MaidPro of Tampa

This is my first time having someone clean my house and I’m so glad I did it! We try to keep a clean house, but work and life get in the way, and it’s hard to stay on top of it all. Especially the parts that require deep cleaning, or the areas I don’t think to clean (like blinds, windowsills, and baseboards). So I bit the bullet and hired MaidPro to help. The ladies that came out to clean were wonderful! They listened to what were our priorities and gave extra attention to those areas. Jessica came back to complete our second cleaning and she was FANTASTIC! The house feels totally different now. So clean! Thank you, MaidsPro! And thank you, Jessica! Looking forward to our next cleaning!

I was not happy with many aspects of this service. I was given a window of 11-3 arrival?? I contracted this company because they were insured and bonded and posted a 49 point list of this that were covered. Since the girl left I have been trying to contact then regard in the numerous items that were missed, that is a few hours now and no responds from phone calls left nor e-mails. Maybe because it is a holiday, but no stated on the site , open until 9. I have taken photos of everything that was missed, I would run out of space if I listed them all. After I contacted Jennifer with my remarks I was reminded that there was a 24 hr guarantee. I was thrilled when two ladies actually arrived Nancy and Luz. I had always been used to two cleaners and that way the time was shorter and with so many medical appt , this was always beneficial. Not only were Nancy and Luz very personal but very professional also. They went over many of the items that add been previously missed. and did a wonderful job. I was very happy with this team. I have requested them for my next appt. and was also give a decent arrival time of 1 hour in the future, not 4, which was unacceptable. Thanks you Nancy and Luz.

This was my first time using MaidPro and my first time ever having a professional cleaning and I’m beyond impressed! From the very first phone call, the customer service was a 10/10: thorough, communicative, and proactive with updates. My cleaning professional, Blanca, was absolutely amazing. She single-handedly did the work of three people, all while being pleasant, detailed, and efficient. I truly enjoyed her and the entire experience!
