Dru was extremely professional and more importantly knowledgeable being able to determine the issue with our none working applicance. He made the necessary fixes and all the time explaining his progress. His focus on quality customer service is very very good. I highly recommend this company to you. You provide quality work. John

I called and had Phoenix appliance come out same day. Drew came out and several minute later solved the dishwasher problem. Basically a piece stuck piece under the cap. Removed and 💥 boom working again! Even shot me a picture and called me. Phoenix appliances ended up just charging the diagnostic fee which was great b/c they didn’t over charge like some other people/companies would/could have. Good company, good people and great values. I highly recommend to others and will be calling for any of my appliances repair needs in the future.

Awesome technician. Dru repaired our ice maker first time out. Explained issue over the phone, provided a make and model number and Dru came with the correct part. Very knowledgeable. Tech was on time, and even offered recommendations on other appliances. We will keep his card handy. .
