Avi and Steve were very professional. Moving into a new house, I've accidentally blown a fuse to the HVAC controller unit, and Avi went beyond to even providing an extra hand in replacing the fuse. I can already tell a difference in air quality, and the cleanliness of all of the vents. They are highly recommended. A+ work and attitude.
I 100% recommend Natural Air Duct. They made time to come out the same day and were great. I don't know how my dryer ever ran with the amount of lint in the duct. They removed all the debris and left the place spotless. Great group of guys. Highly recommend.
Moving into a new house is always stressful. Avi it was very professional from the beginning, asked all the necessary questions and was on time with his arrival and expected timeframe. He sent us pictures throughout the whole process and make sure that it was clean and disinfected for my family with two little daughters. Avi is the real deal. I had a major dryer issue right before Thanksgiving — towels weren’t drying, wet lint inside the drum, and the dryer was overheating. Avi showed up same day, charged the exact price he quoted, and went straight to work. He found a massive blockage in my dryer vent, pulled out piles of lint from the rooftop vent, and honestly may have prevented a house fire. He was professional, honest, friendly, and a man of his word from start to finish. My dryer works like brand new now. If you need your dryer vent cleaned or inspected, don’t hesitate — call Avi.
