HVAC Hunters were excellent. They came over within 24 hrs. Fixed our system; another company came the previous day, didn't fix it and was ready to have us install a whole new system. Communication was excellent. I would give them 6 starts if I could. When they gave me the bill I thought they should have charged me more; you do not hear that often.
Alex and Vitaliy were amazing. They installed our AC unit and worked so hard you could see how much they know and how much they care in every detail. They were professional, kind and honestly just really good people. They took the time to explain everything. People as trustworthy and hardworking as they are are hard to come by and they truly went above and beyond. We’re so thankful for their work and for them. Highly recommend! So happy we chose them. I requested a deep cleaning of 2 Mitsubishi split units that haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The technician Vitaliy was EXTREMELY skillful, patient, polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. He was able to get the deep cleaning done and protected against future problems by applying special treatments to the coils to prevent future bacterial and mold growth. He also explained each step of the process and installed new allergy filters that I provided. Additionally, he took a quick look at the outdoor unit and provided an overview of its functioning. It makes so much sense why this company received 5 star reviews. The folks here are very very experienced and deserve all the commendations in the world. I will definitely be using them for any future HVAC maintenance or repairs, and I cannot stress enough how much of a good bang for your buck their services are. $250 / unit for a deep cleaning (and this was an extremely necessary DEEP cleaning) was a good deal!
We had a great experience with HVAC Hunters. They had great communication, were able to diagnose a complicated issue with our heat pump and air handler. They also went out of their way to find the best solutions and save us money on parts. It's now working better then ever. Really nice guys. We will absolutely be using them again in the future
From the phone call to the visit they were honest and professional. The technician came in and check the unit completely he took some pictures, making sure to explain what needed to be done.im definitely calling them to fix my problem I really liked this company I am sure you will too
