We’ve worked with Per Aspera Homes for two years, and every project has been a great experience. Drew and his team are detail-oriented, professional, and communicate well at all the right moments.

He did a remodel for me during the summer. I felt like I got a great deal from a master craftsman. Work was solid. Made the house look great. I would recommend him to anyone in Lawrence needing interior remodeling.

I had Drew and his team complete multiple projects including the removal and replacing of a mailbox post/box, exterior window trim painting (including two very high windows), threshold replacement, and repairs to a wood porch floor. It took some time to get on his schedule, but I expected this given the scope of my projects so it was not an issue. The team was tidy and the work was well-done.

Drew was highly recommended to me by a local business owner in the field of hardware and home maintenance. He didn't disappoint. Drew is always pleasant to work with, respectful of my property, and he's good at diagnosing the problem and coming up with a good solution, sometimes multiple ones. He has a broad knowledge and level of experience in home construction and repair. His prices are always fair, and he replies in a timely matter. Drew has worked in multiple areas of my home including indoor plumbing, installing an accessible turn off for my main water line, securing a drainage problem, and repairing storm doors.

When I bought my house, it needed some love. A lot of love. And the gang at Per Aspera have the expertise, the kindness, the patience, and the communication skills to make your house the one you've always dreamed of. I tried other folks in town. Got overcharged. Got shoddy work. Felt screwed over. Not with Per Aspera. They talked with me and we came up with a vision together, collaboratively, and they executed it perfectly and at a reasonable price.
