I highly recommend action plumbing. They were able to get me in quickly, and their staff was courteous and helpful. They were able to solve issues that other plumbers were not able to for me and ended up saving me a significant amount of money.
We called action plumbing when the hot water heater started acting up. It’s only four years old and they actually installed what we purchased. They were wonderful then, and they were outstanding Now. A small part was broken, almost impossible to find and replace, and yet they did. Saved us hundreds and hundreds of dollars. They are the finest people, hard-working and honest. I would recommend them to anyone with a five star A
We were provided excellent plumbing services from Action for a clogged kitchen sink. They arrived when they promised, worked professionally and efficiently and did not leave any kind of mess! We recommend Action Plumbing highly and will continue to use their services!
Do not have action plumbing install a bathtub. I had 2 plumbers from action plumbing install a bathtub (John and another man) for a remodeled bathroom, and the tub was unleveled by about 1 inch in one side. In addition, the tub was not mortared down all the way which would have led to it cracking eventually. Also, there’s a 1 inch gap from the tiled floor to the tub on one side. I had to use another plumber to repair the work which resulted in all of the newly installed and drywall and some of the newly installed tile having to be replaced. I could tell the plumbers were struggling to get the tub installed correctly so I requested a supervisor to come out or another plumber but Action sent out the same person that installed the tub so of course he did not see anything wrong with the job. I found the owner of the company to be rude and others on their staff to be just dismissive to my concerns. However, the owner did work with me and did not charge me for the bathtub installation. He also acknowledged that the tub should have been leveled. It’s just been a headache and costly to now have to pay to have the drywall and tile redone again. I think I just didn’t get experienced plumbers from action and there was no oversight of the work done.
