Can you imagine being entrusted to create a slideshow for your grandfather's funeral, only to have the hard drive crash 2 days before the event? Well, this was my situation and the technicians at PC Max were so gracious and attentive to the problem. They were patient with me despite my obvious anxiety and had the data recovered in time for me to complete the slideshow. I will be forever grateful and cannot recommend them enough.

Had a sudden PC problem, took it to them on a Wednesday at 1 PM, got it back at Friday at 4 PM working perfectly. Good price for the amount of time and diagnoses, super easy process, very nice workers. Overall a great experience for what could have been weeks of teeth pulling.

I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with PC Max. My husband and I have a small local business and my iMac desktop was down. PC Max got me in right away, took an absolutely fair amount of time in repairing my Mac and got me back to work for a truly fair price. They communicated with me regularly as they were working on it, keeping me informed of the problem and when they would have it back to me. I was also very impressed with their Covid guidelines for drop off and pick up. I'm so happy to have found PC Max, we'll be using them exclusively moving forward...thanks so much!
