Like the other reviewers, I cannot say enough great things about Paul Morte and the work he does. I didn’t know much about tube amps and thought that, according to what I read online, my Vox AC30CH amp head was supposed to be running hot. After about an hour of playing, I always wondered if the amp was supposed to be that hot when I went to switch off the power. The amp was still under warranty when it wouldn’t turn on one day. As fair and honest as you can get. All pricing explained in detail upfront. Fixed my Fender Rumble that had this weird popping issue and more recently (few years ago) my old Randall WH40 Dimebag amp. I got a little reprimanding for losing the backing for it, but I ended up finding it. I'm about to call/ask if they can setup my floating bridge LTD this Monday. Love these guys (Update): They don’t do setups. Still love them though
