He made it easy to understand exactly what we currently have as he tested our water in front of us educating us along the way. Another great service by Patterson! They installed and serviced out water softener system for years and I have nothing but good things to say. They keep me informed throughout the process by sending info on who will be coming to service my equipment and alerts when they are on the way. The rep we goy today, Jeremiah, was professional and kept me well informed of the issues/ repairs needed to keep our system running at its best. Highly recommended business.
