Pat's Auto Repair & Towing

My first time through the door at Pat's auto repair and towing was very welcoming being a woman myself and having been around automotive repair myself and speaking with Kara was very confronting I could tell Kara was very knowledgeable and would be 100% upfront with me about the repairs needing done on my car and while I waited there was upbeat and sometimes humorous exchanges between other customers and employees also and when it was my turn to find out what was wrong with my car Kara was very thorough and explained everything I had questions about. Being new to Hastings I will have to say I have found my new repair and service center. I gave them 4 stars because the repairs needed are not done yet Only because I have not called and scheduled my repair appointment yet. I do have faith that the repairs will be made correctly and in a timely manner. Thank you Kara and to all who work at Pat's to make up your amazing team

I called Pat's repair broken down on the highway,a hot day in July. The tow gentleman (yes he was a kind gentleman) helped get 3 senior ladies and a 12 year old in his air condition truck. Then loaded the van. He was so very polite and professional. Kara at the shop let me know when, the cost, and always return my calls. My van was in the shop longer then expected but it had several issues. I was always kept informed and happy to be on the highway for more adventures.
