Jose, Maria, and the Parral family did an exceptional job pouring the slab for my Morton pole barn. Morton pole buildings are constructed first and then the slab is poured, which is a bit different than typical construction. The Parral team handled everything without a hitch and delivered a finished slab that I am thrilled with. What truly sets Parral apart is their communication and attention to detail at every step of the process. They showed up at the appointed time to review the job and prepare the estimate. They provided a very detailed estimate with complete scope of work that listed out every step of the process to be performed each day - my pour was 3-day job. They communicated with me regularly to schedule the job and then let me know each day when they were on their way. Communication with your customers seems like such an easy thing to do, but so many contractors miss this. My Morton building has sliding doors on the front and rear which required expertise with the concrete to ensure they worked properly. Jose and his team took great care to make sure the level of the slab was correct and that the sliding doors would work properly. The last day of the job was for removing forms, cutting control joints, and cleaning up the work site. Here again, the Parral team went above and beyond to backfill some areas around the slab and to resurface my gravel driveway. Overall I just can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was working with Parral Concrete. In addition to being experts in concrete they are just lovely people. Thank you Jose and Maria!
