The worst business practice I have ever seen. I took my Jaguar in for an oil change and to have the filters change. Also wanted them to find a water leak. What I received was an estimate for the water leak to replace the entire coolant system even though nothing was wrong other than a small hole in one of the pipes, the proposed bill was over 2900.00. I spoke to Bob and he was very condescending and told me that that is how they do business, I told him nothing was wrong with my water pump so why would they want to replace that, he informed me that that is how they do business and I would get a 3 yr 30000 mile warranty. I was shocked that they would want to replace things that were working and the only problem was a hose. He acted like I was stupid and didnβt know what I was talking about. Maybe some people will fall for the let me replace everything and charge you a fortune but my daddy didnβt raise a fool. You donβt just replace something that is not broken because thatβs how they do business. They also deleted the estimate that they sent me but I had already screen shotted it, if your not doing something under handed why would you do that. They also told me I had a horrible oil leak, well if that was the case why had I only had to add a qt of oil in almost a year from the last oil change. No I donβt drive the car that much so it does sit and there was not a huge oil leak under it. They changed the oil but forgot the filters, I guess they were too busy trying to scam me.
