Blake did a fantastic job repairing and painting the stucco on our 1918 craftsman bungalow. The heavy stucco was in disrepair and was falling off the front pillars. We were very pleased and impressed with the final result as well as the time line. We would definitely call Blake again should we need masonry repair.
I was very pleased with how the tuck pointing job turned out. Blake went above and beyond not only to make sure the tuck pointing was done well but also to make sure it looked good too. Great communication, wonderful to work with- I would hire again in a heartbeat.
Contacted Blake to fix a concrete block back wall of a garage that was getting pushed in due to a hill behind it working its was in over the years. Blake was great with communication and provided a quick and fair estimate. He got to work very quickly and completed the work on schedule without any issues. Highly recommend.
My home is a former neighborhood store and turned 100 last year. It was badly in need of repair and paint. Blake and his crew gave it a much needed face lift! The repairs and painting went quickly and smoothly.
Blake Johnson did a major rebuild on our old two car garage in lower North Mankato this summer. The old concrete floor was badly broken and uneven and we had two manual overhead doors that were not easy to use. He removed the old concrete and poured a fine new concrete floor. But he also undertook some challenging carpentry to remove the old doors and some supports and open a space for one large automatic door. He had to do quite a bit of reinforcing work along with this. We were impressed with the resulting work. But his work in progress showed real care and professionalism. We had an engineer advise him on the structural issues and welcomed city building inspectors to make sure his plans were workable. The project was affordable and came in within his original estimate. We now have what feels like an almost new garage.
