Jerry helped us spec a new furnace on the coldest day of the year when our system failed. It was installed by Kenny and Fadi of Bells, who were professional, efficient, and patient when I had questions about the system. The work was reasonably priced, on-time, and I would highly recommend working with them again. Pack Timco has installed, repaired, and maintained mutiple components of my HVAC system and I trust their work product. Highly recommend!

Jerry Petrini Is fantastic and put us into a system that was appropriate for the home even though a lot of other companies would have upsold me. He was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the process. He also gave me excellent advice on taking care of the system and I also signed up for annual maintenance. We went with a cooling system. I also asked about a new heating system and he told me mine was still in good shape even though he could have easily just sold me a new one. Jerry and Pack-Timco have the utmost integrity and I’m happy I went with them over other companies. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs and all other services. Thanks to Jerry for being so honest and responsive.

You cannot go wrong choosing Pack-Timco. I had a completely new HVAC system a couple of month ago. Jerry P. Is a friendly, respectful and knowledgeable sales person. He answered all my questions and he even remember I have a dog from a years prior visit! I chose a Lennox system which is a big investment for my budget. Pack-Timco offers financial services thru Service Finance Company, LLC. The application process was very simple and straightforward. I also want to praise the work of the young and knowledgeable installer crew. Very responsible and respectful young men. The installer's crew supervisor also came to check on them and soon after even Jerry was here to ensure all was going as expected. I am pleased with their service and enjoying my new system.
