Pacific Tile assisted me with three different tiling projects. Each time the customer service has been fantastic. Every member of their team is knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process. Jake and Brent were especially helpful. These two assisted me during each of my visits and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Jake went above and beyond for our last project by donating a set of showroom samples to help us finish a shower niche. You wont be disappointed by their selection or customer service.

Put a special order in for some marble tile I needed. Lewis was very helpful, paid for it and waited and waited and waited. Lewis kept making excuses. Ordered end of November. Finally, after not hearing anything on March 1st I called snd am waiting for a refund. Hopefully it won’t take as long!
