I'd like to thank the arrogant manager for trying to charge me an extra $100 to have new appliances delivered and placed inside my house as opposed to dropping everything in the garage. I'm a Real-estate investor so I buy appliances regularly. I had a deal worked out with the sales guy (I wish I remembered his name because he was very professional) where I was buying an appliance combination of a fridge, range, dishwasher, wine cooler, washer and dryer. The deal fell apart when the manager wanted to charge me $350 as opposed to the already agreed to $250 delivery fee. He also added a few ignorant remarks but I got the last laugh because I went to Lowes and saved $1000 for the same items. SHOUT OUT TO LOWES FOR COMING THROUGH CLUTCH SAVING ME $1000. And I just happened to have a friend of mine on the phone that witnessed everything. Because I was helping him shop for appliances as well. So this manager lost 2 sales that day. One from a repeat customer that will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN!!! IT PAYS TO SHOP AROUND. Respond to owner: Maybe you have me confused. I didn't spend 2 hours in your establishment. I knew exactly what I wanted. I may have been there maybe 45 minutes at the most. And if you read my review you'd understand that I already have exactly what I wanted. Thank you for saving me $1000. Understand good business is about building relationships. Thise relationships build your business. Good luck remaining in business with such poor management and personal skills. We're all out here trying to survive. How you treat people that have nothing to offer you exposes your true character. Don't worry you'll never see me in your establishment again. My personal promise to you. ✌🏾
