they're amazing team stopped by my Apartment to assess my TV. They brought parts, and did the troubleshooting without having to take my TV away.
There are a few issues with my TV, and they explored all facets and explored all possible solutions. Thankfully, in the end, they were able to provide a great repair!
They have the opportunity to upsell me when my TV wasn't working with the new part, but they continue to test other solutions and was able to get everything working with the most cost-effective solution. I'm very grateful for that!
Great service. One of the few CRT TV repair shops still around in NYC. They came to my home to diagnose my 36" 200 lbs CRT TV. They handled the transportation of the TV to their repair shop and had it back to me FIXED in one weeks time.
They went above and beyond.

When a person makes a purchase, not just for a tv, but for anything at all, they don’t anticipate the day that the same appliance goes out. I decided to pay a visit to NY Tech Tv Repair despite having a repair shop closer to me. Why? After having a brief conversation on a Saturday morning around 10:30 am with Sonia, my tv was dropped off within the hour. It had went out the night before and it wouldn’t turn back on. Upon arrival, Alen, the repairman behind the business name, unloaded our tv and took it into the shop. He then proceeded to unscrew the legs of the tv and opened the back of it in front of us. This was a reassuring gesture as typical repairmen and places take the item to the back room; where things can run amuck quickly. Not with Alen - he explained the logistics of how our LG Smart Tv works and that the problem was most likely with our motherboard. Given further examination, he recommended replacing the entire motherboard since too many smaller components were burnt out and it wouldn’t have paid off - financially and expectancy of the tv’s power. Sure enough, it was replaced. They also have a very organized way in keeping track of their claims, payments and invoices. They also have a flat rate for labor repair that is used towards the television. NY Tech Tv Repair is also big on communication; they’re very responsive and are willing to address all questions. It’s also important that the customer communicates too. Overall I had a very pleasant experience wi the NY Tech TV Repair and would absolutely recommend their services to those who need television repair, as well as a variety of other appliances. Very responsive and honest assessment of options (repair vs replace) for my 18-year old Plasma tv. Bought a used replacement board on eBay that failed/shorted. Turned to them for help. They came to assess and took the power supply back to their shop to rebuild/replace missing component on the actual circuit board and came back within a week to install and test the board. TV working again. 👍. Worth mentioning they were responsive, polite, professional and patient. Would definitely use them again.
My TV got off with no picture and sound no work completely I looked around in google and I found (NY TECH TV REPAIR INC) I called them and the technician come checked out. They are so nice and easily. They give me advice to fix it instead of to throw out in garbage I was so upset with my TV because expensive and so nice after he took the part to fixe it take a few days and then came back with part he makes me so happy when my TV on and back again normally I really want to say thank you for honesty and caring on dealing with customer. Highly recommended they have enough experience and they will save your money 👍🏻
