Our garage door wasn't working properly so my husband called your company on a Saturday morning. He spoke to a company employee within 10 minutes and Patrick was here within an hour. Everything was fixed by noon at a reasonable price. Thanks for your great service. Roberta Porambo
Excellent customer service! I phoned the office at 10:30AM requesting service for my 27 year old garage door. By 2:30PM the same day the tech finished replacing the drums and bearings. My garage door opens smoothly and quietly now. I highly recommend Overhead Door Co. to take care of your garage door. They are efficient and knowledgeable.
The spring on my garage door broke Saturday morning. I called Monday morning and was told someone would be there later today. Around 1:00 pm, I had a call from Jose who was on his way. He replaced the spring, checked and lubricated both doors but best thing, he programmed both doors to work from one remote. 10 years we lived here and I didn’t know it was possible. I can’t say enough positives about Jose. He was polite, knew what he was doing, was quick. Thank you!!
Had a broken spring on garage door. Called 7 am to get price on repair. Would be able to fix in later morning. They arrived by 8:30 am job done by 10:30 am. Wow. Both tech's friendly, professional, nice and got the work done in a timely manner. Tech took time to lubricate all moving parts after work was finished. Will recommend to friends and family member's. Once again Thank you Overhead Door. Great job. 5 star's in my book.
