Called them yesterday July 27, 2021. Got a call the next morning that a technician will be stopping by about half an hour. I explained my problem and he started to replace the broken springs and severed cables. He explained everything that was done and what maintenance I should do in the future. Now my garage door goes up and down smoothly and evenly. Great job. Mahalo, Warren
Oshiro RK Door Service is the best! My gate was giving me problems past 2 weeks so I'd called more than a few (6+) gate service companies and, to my disbelief, I could not even get a courtesy return call from any of them. Very frustrating... My neighbor recommended Oshiro and they called me back very promptly and came out and fixed the problem on the first visit. They are the best. I will not call any other gate company from hereon.
Our garage door got stuck, and we couldn't even open it manually. Oshiro Door Service sent a technician the same day. He explained the problem, fixed it, did maintenance on the door, and even replaced parts that might be causing problems later. All that for a reasonable price, and smiles.
