I don’t even know where to start with Neal and Osbon Builders. I have been trying to get leaks fixed that was between my awning and house for years. Before I got ahold of Neal with Osbon I’ve had several different roofers over here spending thousands of dollars for several years and each time it would leak worst than the last time. I was at the point where I was thinking I just needed a new awning since no one can stop it from leaking. So I called an awning company… the owner came over and told me I didn’t need a new awning I just needed the right company to fix it so he hooked me up with Neal. Then Neal sent his worker Daniel over. Daniel was the only roofer that figured out that not only do I need to seal up where the house and awning meet but I also needed to seal up the nails on the roof.. After many years of leaking and many roofers costing me over $5,000 through the years I found someone that went above and beyond what he was paid to do and finally stopped it from leaking….I highly recommend this wonderful company and I assure you I will never use another roofing company again!
