My review is based on the process Martin Signature Homes has and the quality of customer service. Let me tell you, hands down this was the most educational, professional, yet personable experience. My project is smaller in scale (1800 sq. ft. modern design). Bill Martin didn’t back down from it. He lives up to his reputation for top quality and honesty. This is someone guiding you through building your custom home with integrity, evidence/results, explanations, experience, and patience. If I sound like a fan, it’s because I am! While someone else might do it cheaper, you just know you’re getting the best quality at MSH. Personally, I didn’t want to chance it anywhere else. My peace of mind is that Martin Signature Homes takes pride in keeping their word and getting you all the details for your custom build upfront. They can build almost anything, but will make sure you know what fits your budget, no tricks or surprises. Thank you to the courteous MSH staff and thanks so much Mr. Martin. You all are amazing!!!!

Working with Bill Martin is amazing, there are not enough words to express our satisfaction and gratitude. Bill stepped in to complete this house after I found it necessary to part ways with my original contractor. Bill understood my plans and also my budget. He has made suggestions and offered ideas which have surpassed my original vision for this home. Bill and his crew are extremely professional and communication is outstanding. If my husband and I ever decide to build another home, I am calling Bill.
