Shannon has been my plumber for ages now. First time I needed a plumber, I was worried about a leak based on my water bill. He poked around, showed me what to look for, then didn’t charge me anything. Ever since then, he has been my guy. Replaced all my toilets, sinks, new hot water heater. Had a failed element in the middle of snowmagedon, he walked me through the process of how I could isolate it and keep water flowing over the phone until he could visit the next day. He will always be my plumber, and I would recommend him to everyone.

I called Mr. O'Neil this morning Dec 28th with a request for a fix on leaking toilet. He was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CALL I've made this year! Not only did he help guide me in the right direction to fix the problem....he was gracious and thoughtful enough to take call after call walking me thru every step of the way. Wow...just WOW!!!! The luckiest Ive ever made was to the this plumbing service...when others would have charged me an arm and a leg for a dignosis...Mr. O'Neil didn't....for that he will have my business from now on!!! Many many thanks!!! Can't gush enough!!!

O'Neill is the only plumber I use, and I recommend Shannon to everyone that asks. He's done all my work since moving to Northern Virginia and it's always been spot on. He's willing to explain what he is doing, why, AND, teach you how to work, adjust, or prevent future issues. Work is always careful, spot on. He's fixed leaks in our plumbing, installed toilets, and most recently put in an upgraded our hot water heater. Always know when I get work done with Shannon that it'll be right and it'll last.
