Brian of One Source Appliance Repair, in Raleigh, has all of these qualities and more and he's just a nice guy too. It was refreshing to see honesty, patience and kindness at play this day and time! He was in no hurry to do a fast repair and leave, he took his time to source all the possibilities. Rest assured, Brian[they have other repair techs, Brian did my service call and on the same day I called] will come out and knowledgeably diagnose your refrigerator and on time, [at least in my case] and then carefully explain to you in full detail what your best options are to fix it. They don't play pricing games and or create a more costly repair to make more money and their pricing is fair too.. He kept me informed on the status of my warranty company approving the repair, the date the parts were ordered, and the timeframe when the parts would be received. Brent came to service our dryer, which had an obstruction due to inadvertently leaving the lint screen out and still running the dryer. He also advised me how to correct a problem with our Samsung refrigerator. He was SO HELPFUL! He even suggested that I call him a few weeks later to let him know how everything was working out. Cannot recommend him more highly.

Our 17 year old GE refrigerator stopped cooling both freezer and refrigerator sections just before the holiday party season started. We had called One Source Appliance Repair in the past and were super impressed with their knowledge of appliances and their conservative approach to fixing problems. Time was ticking and food was melting. Repairman, Matt K., was dispatched promptly to diagnose and discuss options. Matt explained clearly the problem, the solution and gave us several choices to discuss and decide. He was professional, relaxed, informed and direct. I do not leave reviews often, but Brent was so helpful and nice I felt a review was necessary. My Frigidaire range has been broken for months. I have had people come out from a different company and they were absolutely no help! Yet, Brent diagnosed the issue in minutes, ordered the parts and had my range fixed within a few days. One Source and Brent were extremely easy to work with! For now on I know who to call when my next appliance breaks.

Matt was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. He has serviced our refrigerator several times and each time we have been so impressed with his expertise and knowledge. We trust him so completely and appreciate so much his honest responses to our questions and concerns. Oh, if only we would educate and train more of our young people in the skilled trades where we now have such a shortage! Absolutely, hands down the best ! Our refrigerator, under warranty, had stopped cooling, the motor/compressor not running at all. The manufacturer scheduled a tech from another place, a no call no show. I called the manufacturer and alerted them, and to send someone from another business, I would not accept one from that place because if they could not even call to say they wouldn't make it, they're obviously substandard. Anthony from One Source called ahead to alert when he was on his way, came in and zeroed in on the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes, and even explained the manufacturer defective part that caused it. He entered with a smile and friendly attitude, and was just super! I HIGHLY recommend these professionals!

I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Lee from One Source! My Maytag washer was busted and turned out to be a nail had gotten lodged in the water pump. He fixed it quickly and did a great job. Reasonable price, too.

I was so impressed by One Source Appliance Repair! I absolutely would use them again and recommend them 100%. When my KitchenAid dishwasher stopped working, I initially contacted Best Buy for service. They quoted me a visit 5 days away and with a 12-hour window! 7Am to 7PM is a big window. On Saturday, I decided to send One Source an email request. First thing Monday AM the friendly Customer Service woman called me and said they could come that same afternoon! Matthew arrived after lunch and was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. After diagnosing the problem, he honestly advised me that the repair on the 6-year old appliance might be more expensive than I would like to pay. He gave me a total quote for parts and labor and said he'd order the parts, but to think about my options and call in the AM if I decided not to repair it. After weighing the cost of repair vs buying a new one with a 5 year warranty, I decided not to fix it. I so appreciated his honest appraisal of my dilemma and willingness to be helpful. I would call them first the next time I need appliance repair!

I have a 2023 Frigidaire that stopped freezing properly, so I filed a warranty claim. Frigidaire assigned One Source Appliance for the repair. While the technicians, Anthony and Matt, were polite and professional, the dispatcher, Kimberly, was unhelpful, dismissive, and displayed a poor attitude. She should not be in a customer-facing role. During the first visit, the issue was diagnosed, and parts were ordered. When the parts arrived, the technician accidentally broke one of them during installation and had to order a replacement. He informed me that someone more familiar with my model would handle the next visit. The next technician arrived but discovered the wrong part had been ordered. Another part was ordered, but again, it was incorrect. This cycle repeated multiple times—three additional visits in total—with the wrong part sent each time. I now have five boxes of parts sitting in my home. When I called One Source for an update, they told me to contact Frigidaire. Frigidaire then called One Source Appliance, who claimed the correct part was on backorder. However, no one at either company seemed to have accurate information. After waiting over a week, Frigidaire informed me that One Source Appliance had closed my service ticket—without updating me—despite previously promising to ensure the correct part was ordered and to follow up. When I called Kimberly to express my frustration, she disconnected the call while both I and the Frigidaire representative were on the li
