One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Dallas

After a horrific experience with Swan Electric in the area, we called the amazing helpful people here at One hour AC. From the kind lady Sharon who initially answered my call, to their amazing technician Yoany who came out on a Sunday to simply give his expert 2nd opinion (at no cost to us) we truly could not be more happy with the service provided. From start to finish you could tell they cared. Not only were they top notch knowledgable professionals, but they truly cared about us and our family and the intense situation Swan Electric left us hanging in. It seems usually when any sort of representative comes out from these type of companies, they always try to upsell you and find anything they can say or do to make business for their own benefit. Not here at one hour AC. Yoany came out on a Sunday afternoon, was beyond patient as we in great detail explained to him (twice, once by myself, and then again same story by my husband) what this other company did to us, and then simply did what we called him out here for. Which was give us a full, thorough, run down of exactly what was going on with our machine without trying to intently find something that would require immediate attention and cost us more out of pocket. I truly cannot say enough nice things about this company and the people representing it. I will ABSOLUTELY use them again in the future should I ever need help with our AC (and as well know living in this Texas heat, there will be some sort of need for them). I 110% would recommend this company over any and all others I have had an experience with. Thank you Yoany and 1 hour AC for being real people who care about real people!! 🙏🏼
