Hi! I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but this one is absolutely well deserved. This company and especially its owner, Vince is 100% recommendable. From the very beginning, Vince was extremely communicative and professional. He didn’t just focus on the budget, but also took the time to suggest what kind of electrical work was truly best for us, explaining everything clearly and honestly. My partner and I spent about a month looking for electricians, and without a doubt, this company has been the best choice we could have made. I also want to highlight the quality of their team: well-trained, knowledgeable, and always in a good mood despite long working hours. They work fast, efficiently, and most importantly, they leave everything clean and organized once the job is done. They came to our home about a week ago, and the work they did was simply amazing. We are extremely happy with the results and would absolutely hire them again.

The job is done back in Feb 2023. There was electric instability situation in the house and I called Electrician Of Dallas. Vince advised the possibility cause and have me called Oncor. Oncor terminated the power supply once power leak is found at the external electric panel and suggested me to call Milestone for immediate service. I called Milestone and they came for a service check with fee and suggested a very expensive repair plan. I called Vince again and explained the situation, Vince came out the next day have internal and external electric panel replaced, with a reasonable price and excellent service. They were out of bigger capacity circuit breaker at the time of installation, and they came back in March to have that particular circuit breaker instated when they have stock. Professional and reliable.

I will not be going anywhere else for my electrical needs. I had my electrical panel upgraded and brought up to code. Vincent was easy going and knowledgeable. Spent time talking me through the job and what was going to be done. He walked me through how they would be removing the old panel and moving the location for the new panel. Clayton and his partner did the work. They were absolutely fantastic. It wasn't easy and it took the whole day, but they made sure it was done right. Clayton was great and took the time to answer any questions I had during the process. And his work and his partner's work was absolutely impeccable.
