We use OMNI for our small business IT needs. They are reasonably priced and have been able to meet all of our needs. Everyone I have come in contact with are friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend their services.
Omni has taken care of our IT issues for several years. They have always been prompt, courteous, and capable. I would recommend them.
Branch Real Estate had a serious problem with our email accounts. Thinking that it was AT&T because of the recent disaster, I kept contacting them. After one week, we contacted Spectrum Tech and discovered that our problem started in England and went several other places before Joe Moreland was able to track all the paths down. He was able to open another account for us to operate with until each part was contacted to be able to pull our website, email and all the other parts back together. It was a champion project. Thankfully, he finished up today! In the process we realized the other assets that Spectrum Tech can bring to our business such as monthly monitoring and a new phone service. He added memory and can monitor and load more if necessary. He added an online service that will back up our files locally, in the event of the dreaded crash and keeps our computers virus free. You really need to check into all of the aspects that you will be offered by using Spectrum Tech. Charlene Daniels
I have been using the services of the technicians of Spectrum Tech since before the the company's inception. Those guys have always been awesome. When I have computer issues or problems, they are always just a phone call away. They are very professional, competent and knowledgeable, and to say the least, they get the job done efficiently. I would definitely recommend their services to any company.
I have been using Spectrum Tech since 2007. I highly recommend this company because they have been great with their service, knowledge, and support for our growing companies. They have fast response when we have network/hardware problems. We grew from a company with about 5 computers to now over 50 computers doing medical charting. We have near to none down time and they monitor all our computers nightly. Sometimes they see a problem with our hardware before we even know that we have a issue. If your job depends on computer networking, servers, wireless connection, backups, etc. your information will be safe with these guys.
