Unwise to have machines serviced there. Brought vacuum in on Friday. Owner informed it would be ready Monday. Highly disorganized and distracted, he was unable to locate my device when I returned - searched the entire excessively cluttered store until finally found. Difficult and dangerous to navigate aisles - accidents waiting to happen. Furthermore, he did not service it, providing a dubious excuse instead.

Carlos is certified and honored as the best by Miele. His work is outstanding in repair of vacuum cleaners and sewing machine repairs. He is a wonderful, dedicated and righteous person. He is truly passionate about his work and has upstanding customer service. And to top it off, the price that he charges is absolutely reasonable.
